بررسی واکنش قلیایی -سیلیسی سنگدانه های فعال با استفاده از پتروگرافی بتن و شاخص DRI

چکیده
واکنش قلیایی- سیلیسی (ASR) در سنگدانه‌ها، که نتیجه واکنش‌های شیمیایی بین مایعات قلیایی موجود در حفرات بتن و کانی‌های سیلیسی فعال در برخی سنگدانه‌ها است، یکی از عوامل اصلی تخریب سازه‌های بتنی در سراسر جهان محسوب می‌شود. با توجه به تأثیر قابل‌توجه سنگدانه‌ها بر ویژگی‌های فیزیکی، شیمیایی و مکانیکی بتن، نقش آن‌ها در بتن بسیار مهم است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی انطباق مطالعات پتروگرافی سنگدانه‌ها و آزمایش ملات منشوری تسریع شده برای پیش‌بینی واکنش‌پذیری سنگدانه‌ها و تعیین شدت واکنش‌زایی آن‌ها با استفاده از شاخص DRI (یک تحلیل نیمه کمی سنگ‌نگاری مکمل) بود. این پژوهش با استفاده از آزمایش‌های ASTM C295، ASTM C1260 و ASTM C856-4 بر روی نمونه‌های آزمایشگاهی سنگدانه‌های معادن اطراف تهران انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که سنگدانه‌های آذرآواری، از جمله توف ماسه‌ای، توف کریستال‌دار (داسیتیک آندزیت) و توف شیشه‌ای، به دلیل داشتن زمینه شیشه‌ای و سیلیس میکروکریستالین، پتانسیل ایجاد واکنش قلیایی- سیلیسی را دارند. نشانه‌های ژل ASR در ترک‌ها، حفره‌ها و همچنین در خمیره سیمان مشاهده شد که به واکنش قلیایی سنگدانه‌ها اشاره دارد. شاخص DRI نشان داد که سنگدانه‌های ریز در هر دو محدوده مطالعاتی در رده "کمی آسیب‌دیده" و سنگدانه‌های دانه‌درشت در رده "بسیار آسیب‌دیده" قرار می‌گیرند. در نهایت، این یافته‌ها با تاکید بر اهمیت واکنش‌پذیری سنگدانه‌ها در تخریب سازه‌های بتنی و با ترکیب مطالعات پتروگرافی و آزمایش‌های تسریع شده نشان می‌دهد که سنگدانه‌های آذرآواری دارای پتانسیل بالای واکنش قلیایی- سیلیسی هستند و ارزیابی واکنش‌پذیری آن‌ها با شاخص DRI می‌تواند به بهبود پیش‌بینی و مدیریت خطرات مرتبط با ASR در بتن کمک کند.
