بررسی تأثیر کانی شناسی بر مقاومت سنگهای شیستی در معدن طلای موته

چکیده
در این مطالعه نسبت به شناسایی عوامل مهم در ریزش دیواره معادن طلای موته از جمله دیواره شرقی معدن چاه خاتون پرداخته است. بنابراین با توجه به تنوع شیست­ها در معادن طلای چاه­خاتون و سنجده (دو معدن فعال در این مجتمع معدنی) با مطالعه کانی شناسی سنگ­های شیستی در معدن طلای موته، در راستای تشخیص عوامل مختلف در تغییرات مقاومت سنگ انجام گردیده است. لذا تعداد ده نمونه از شیستهای دیواره معادن در حال استخراج طلای موته در دیواره­هایی از معدن که ایجاد مشکل یا دارای اهمیت بیشتری در طرح استخراجی این معادن داشت، جهت انجام مطالعات کانی شناسی آزمایشات XRD و XRF انجام شده است. همچنین روی این شیستها آزمایش­های مقاومت فشاری تک محوری[1] و برزیلین[2] به منظور برآورد خواص مکانیکی و تعیین کیفیت توده سنگ در دیواره های معدنی اقدام گردیده است. نتایج حاکی از این است که مقاومت فشاری تک­محوری و برزیلین در شیستها نسبت مستقیم با درصد Sio2 داشته و با میزان Al2o3 نسبت عکس دارد و همچنین با ساختارهای ثانویه نسبت عکس دارد. عواملی نظیر وجود ساختارهای ثانویه، سطح تورق ممتد، اندازه ذرات و ترکیب کانی­شناسی نقش مهمی در نحوه شکست این سنگها بازی می­کند. مقاومت فشاری تک محوری شیستها از 10 مگاپاسکال تا 72 مگاپاسکال و مقاومت برزیلین از 1.9 تا 10.2 مگاپاسکال متغیر می باشد. کمترین مقاومت فشاری تک محوری در سنگهای شدیداً هوازده با درصد سیلیس متوسط می­باشد. نوع کانی­های رسی در پایداری دیواره معدنی مؤثر می باشد، با این حال وجود کانی رسی مونتموریلونیت در دیواره شرقی معدن چاه خاتون مشاهده گردیده و با وجود درصد سیلیس بالا مقاومت سنگ در حد متوسط می­باشد. مقاومت فشاری تک محوری نمونه­های تر و خشک در سنگهایی که کانی موسکویت و کانی رسی مونتموریلونیت در آن وجود داشته، تفاوت بیشتری با سایر سنگها داشته است. به طوریکه سنگهای دارای کانی رسی ایلیت مقاوم تر از کانیهای اسمکتیت و مونتیموریلونیت دار می­باشند. به طور کلی مقاومت شیستها به عوامل مختلفی وابسته می­باشد و اهمیت کانی شناسی شیست با توجه به دخالت در تشکیل ساختار های ثانویه در آن از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است.
