مکان یابی محل دفن پسماندهای شهری: مطالعۀ موردی در اردبیل

لندفیل به‌عنوان ارزان‌ترین روش برای دفع پسماندهای جامد شهری شناسایی شده است به شکلی که رایج‌ترین روش استفاده شده است. مکان‌یابی محل دفن فرآیندی پیچیده است که دربردارندۀ پارامترهای اجتماعی، زیست‌محیطی، اقتصادی و قوانین دولتی است. هدف از این پژوهش یافتن محل‌های مناسب برای دفن پسماندهای شهری در اردبیل با استفاده از روش MCDM و بررسی‌های میدانی است. در مرحلۀ اول که با استفاده از پیوستگی GIS+AHP انجام گرفت، مناطق ممنوعه شناسایی شده و با در نظر گرفتن حریم حذف شدند. سپس معیارهای دیگر به چهار زیر معیار طبقه‌بندی شدند و بعد از وزن دهی و نمره‌دهی معیارها و زیرمعیارها با استفاده از روش AHP، نقشه‌ها در محیط GIS هم‌پوشانی شدند. حذف مناطق حریم از نقشه تناسب نشان داد 4 درصد منطقه که دربردارندۀ 12 محل است مناطق مستعد برای ساخت لندفیل هستند. در مرحلۀ دوم از 12 محل بررسی میدانی انجام گرفت و 8 محل حذف شده و 4 محل به‌عنوان محل‌های مناسب معرفی شد. در پایان به‌منظور انتخاب مناسب‌ترین محل از بین این 4 محل، گزینه‌ها از نقطه نظرات ملاحظات زیست‌محیطی و اجتماعی- اقتصادی با دقت با روش TOPSIS ارزیابی شدند. در نتیجه محل 6 به‌عنوان مناسب‌ترین محل معرفی شد.
