بررسی آزمایشگاهی تاثیر انحنای صفحات بارگذاری بر الگوی شکست در آزمون برزیلی

چکیده
مقاومت کششی یکی از خواص مکانیکی مواد شکننده است که نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در پایداری بسیاری از سازه‌های عمرانی و معدنی ایفا می‌کند. آزمایش برزیلی به‌عنوان رایج‌ترین روش غیرمستقیم تعیین مقاومت کششی مورداستفاده قرار می‌گیرد. در این آزمایش فرض بر این است که ترک کششی در مرکز نمونه ایجادشده و در راستای محور بارگذاری گسترش می‌یابد. اما نحوه شکست در این آزمایش، از مباحث چالش‌برانگیز در این آزمون بوده است و استفاده از صفحات دارای انحناء برای متمرکز شدن تنش کششی در مرکز نمونه توصیه شده است. در این پژوهش سعی بر آن است، تأثیر انحنای فک‌های بارگذاری بر مقاومت کششی و الگوهای شکست موردبررسی قرار گیرد. برای این منظور از پنج نوع فک با نسبت انحناء 0، 0/50، 0/57، 0/67 و 0/80 برای تحلیل اثر انحنای فک‌ها استفاده شد و تمامی آزمایش‌ها با دوربین تصویربرداری پرسرعت ثبت گردید تا فرآیند شروع و گسترش ترک‌ها به‌طور دقیق تحلیل شود. نظر به ماهیت ناهمگن مواد سنگی و جهت جلوگیری از تأثیر آن بر نتایج، از نمونه مصنوعی بهره گرفته شد و در هر نسبت انحناء، پنج نمونه مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش نسبت انحناء باعث افزایش مقدار مقاومت کششی تخمین زده می‌شود. در نسبت انحناء صفرتا 0/67، این مقدار افزایش ناچیز بوده، اما در نسبت 0/80 نسبت به 0/67 حدود 48 درصد افزایش داشته است. بررسی نحوه شکست نمونه‌ها نشان داد که با افزایش انحناء به نسبت 0/80 نوع شکست به حالت نامعتبر و آشفته همراه با ترک‌های برشی ثانویه و گسترش نامنظم ترک اصلی تغییر یافت.
