تحلیل خطر زمین‌لرزه به روش احتمالاتی و تهیه نقشه‌های پهنه‌بندی شتاب: مطالعه موردی بندر شهید رجایی

چکیده
ایران به‌دلیل قرارگیری در میان دو صفحه تکتونیکی فعال، همواره در معرض زمین‌لرزه‌های متعدد بوده و وقوع بیش از ۱0۰ زلزله شدید در قرن اخیر، بیانگر میزان خطرپذیری بالای کشور در برابر این مخاطره طبیعی می‌باشد. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل لرزه‌خیزی و ارزیابی خطر زلزله در بندر شهید رجایی، به‌عنوان بزرگ‌ترین بندر تجاری ایران (واقع در محل تلاقی کریدور ترانزیتی شمال- جنوب) می‌باشد، که گامی اساسی در افزایش تاب‌آوری و پایداری زیرساخت‌های حیاتی این منطقه خواهد بود. در این مطالعه از تمامی وقایع لرزه‌ای رخداده در شعاع 200 کیلومتری ساختگاه و نرم‌افزارهای Knopoff و Ez-Frisk استفاده شده است. بررسی آماری زمین‌لرزه‌های تاریخی و دستگاهی حاکی از لرزه‌خیزی بالای منطقه بوده که شاخصه آن زلزله‌هایی با بزرگای متوسط با دوره بازگشت کوتاه مدت می‌باشد، به نحوی‌که زلزله‌هایی با بزرگای بین چهار تا پنج ریشتر، سهم بیشتری را به خود اختصاص می‌دهند. برآورد خطر به روش احتمالاتی مقادیر بیشینه شتاب‌های افقی و قائم را به ترتیب (g) 0/385 و 0/290 نشان داد. همچنین طیف پاسخ ساختگاه بر اساس شتابنگاشت‌های زمینلرزه طبس و نقشه‌های هم‌شتاب گستره مورد مطالعه به فواصل 0/1 درجه در جهت طولی و عرضی جغرافیایی تهیه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که محدوده مطالعاتی، به مقدار (g) 0/85 از خطر لرزه‌ای بالاتری نسبت به مقدار استاندارد در آیین‌نامه 2800 ایران برخوردار است به نحوی که در پهنه خطر نسبی خیلی‌زیاد جای می‌گیرد. بدین سبب اجرای رویکردهای مبتنی‌بر ریسک در توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، کمک می‌کند تا بنادر به‌صورت بهینه طراحی شوند و میزان خسارات ناشی از زلزله کاهش یابد.
