fa ارزیابی و مقایسه هزینه‌ تونل‌سازی مکانیزه در ایران و جهان زمین شناسی مهندسی Engineering Geology مقاله پژوهشی Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">برآورد هزینه</span><span lang="AR-SA">&lrm;های احداث تونل یکی از مهم‌ترین اقدامات در جهت مدیریت پروژه است. عوامل متعددی بر روی هزینه تمام شده یک پروژه تونلی اثرگذار است. پیچیدگی و عدم اطمینان در شناسایی این عوامل موجب برآورد اشتباه از هزینه‌های پروژه می‌&lrm;شود. روش‌های تحلیلی مختلفی جهت برآورد هزینه‌های احداث تونل توسعه داده شده است که همواره با معایبی مواجه بوده‌اند. استفاده از اطلاعات واقعی هزینه کرد سایر پروژه‌ها می‌&lrm;تواند تا حد زیادی معایب روش‌های تحلیلی را رفع نماید. در این پژوهش ابتدا گسترش روزافزون صنعت تونل‌سازی و تأثیر آن در توسعه زیرساخت‌های اقتصادی بحث شده است. در ادامه سابقه پژوهش در مورد برآورد هزینه‌های تونل‌سازی و روش‌های توسعه داده شده در این زمینه ارائه شده است نبود فهرست‌بهای تخصصی پایه تونل‌سازی در ایران برخلاف سایر کشورهای توسعه‌یافته موجب برآوردهای اشتباه در هزینه کرد پروژه‌های تونل‌سازی می‌&lrm;شود. در این پژوهش با بررسی روش‌های قطعی و احتمالی برآورد هزینه تمام شده احداث تونل مکانیزه، با استناد بر فهرست‌بهای واحد پایه رشته سدسازی سال 1403 هزینه حفاری تونل در ایران با سایر کشورها مقایسه شده است. نتایج این پژوهش مؤید اختلاف 30 درصدی در نسبت هزینه‌های نیروی انسانی به هزینه کل پروژه و 92 درصدی هزینه حفاری هر متر تونل مکانیزه در ایران در مقایسه با سایر کشورها می‌&lrm;باشد، که این امر موجب عدم رغبت پیمانکاران خصوصی جهت فعالیت در پروژه‌های تونلی در ایران شده است. همچنین تهیه فهرست‌بهای جامع پایه تونل‌سازی به‌عنوان یک راهکار جهت افزایش دقت در برآورد هزینه‌کردهای پروژه‌های تونلی پیشنهاد می‌&lrm;گردد.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;">Estimating tunnel construction costs is one of the critical steps in project management. Several factors influence the total cost of a tunnel project, and the complexity and uncertainty in identifying these factors often lead to inaccurate cost estimates. Various analytical methods have been developed to estimate tunnel construction costs, but all have drawbacks. Utilizing real data from other projects can mitigate these shortcomings. In this research, we first discuss the growth of the tunneling industry and its impact on the development of economic infrastructure. We then review the historical research on tunnel cost estimation and the methodologies that have been developed in this area. The lack of a pricing schedule for tunnel construction in Iran, unlike in developed countries, results in inaccurate cost estimates for tunnel projects. This study examines both definite and probabilistic methods for estimating the cost of mechanized tunneling, based on the price schedule of &quot;Dam Field 1403.&quot; We compare the cost of tunneling in Iran with other countries. The results indicate a 30% difference in the ratio of labor costs to the total project cost and a 92% difference in the cost per meter for mechanized tunnels in Iran compared to other countries. This discrepancy discourages private contractors from engaging in tunnel projects in Iran. Therefore, we propose the development of a comprehensive pricing schedule for tunneling to enhance the accuracy of cost estimation for tunnel projects in Iran.</span></span></span></span></div> تونل مکانیزه, برآورد هزینه, فهرست‌بها.
